  • Consumer Product Return Policy

    part orders:

    • No returns after 30 days of receiving
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Customer pays shipping both ways
  • Used items:
    • No returns, except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Merchandise without any quality issue.
    • Battery
    • Special orders
    • Sale items

Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from EVRY. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of EVRY a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please address your return to:

*Please give us heads up after you send your return by emailing info#lookitgroup.com. If possible, please provide a tracking number.

*If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Care team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any and all pre-orders that are canceled prior to shipping are only eligible for a 90% refund of the total order price.

We hope that you love your products as much as we love it.  Our return policy applies only if you bought the products here, you can return it *in unused condition* within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund.  We do not credit or refund shipping charges.  We recommend using a traceable carrier (like UPS or FedEx), insured for the full value of the return merchandise.  We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info#lookitgroup.com and send your item to: F6 Jinzheng plaza Nanshan District Shenzhen China.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
