Local Warehouse:
We provide the free shipping cost that ship from local warehouse. It may take about 3--7 days to deliver.
Retail Orders:
For individual orders, we will generally dispatch from our closest warehouse. If there is no nearby warehouse, we will ship the order from our China warehouse as a default.
Mass Quantity Orders:
For orders of larger quantities, the shipping cost may vary depending on the destination. Please contact our sales team for an accurate shipping quote.
Import Taxes:
The online order price includes the cost of shipping to the buyer's address. However, any import taxes levied by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. The shipping cost does not include import taxes.
Shipping Timeline:
The shipping time depends on the selected shipping method. The default shipping method is an economic option that typically takes 7 to 20 days.
E-bike Warranty
One-year warranty, motors, batteries, controllers, instruments, and consumables are not covered. During the warranty period, if any of the aforementioned warranty items malfunction, we provide free express repair service. Customers are required to cooperate by taking photos and videos for confirmation.
No-questions-asked returns after shipment (without any quality issues) are borne by the seller.
After shipment, if the customer receives a defective item, for minor issues, we send replacement parts via express delivery. For major issues, we provide return postage labels and ask customers to return the item to our designated repair center. We try to minimize customer returns and may offer small gifts as a gesture.
After shipment, if the customer receives a defective item due to user damage, we charge a fee for repairs and send it via express delivery.
